On this historic occasion, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of J&K, Shri Manoj Sinha, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji and the Hon’ble Union Health Minister Shri J.P. Nadda Ji for sanctioning the MBBS seats for SMVDIME. He described this milestone as a major step forward in strengthening medical education and healthcare infrastructure in the region.
