An informative CME programme on the topics “Effective Leadership of Healthcare Professionals” & “Motivation: A Challenge for Healthcare Leaders” was organised at Academic Block of SMVDIME, Kakryal today. The event included lectures from esteemed faculty experts Prof. (Dr.) Yashpal Sharma, Executive Director (SMVDIME & Assoc. Hospital) and Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Kumar Ranyal, Medical Superintendent (SMVDIME & Assoc. Hospital). An insightful & engaging deliberation about various types & aspects of leadership in healthcare sector fostering a positive goal-oriented work culture based on compassion, empathy, quality & safety was shared among all. The event was attended by all the faculty members, doctors, residents & nursing students from SMVDIME & Associated Hospital as well as SMVDCoN including Dr. Sabita Yograj, Dean SMVDIME, &, Dr. Shailla Cannie, Principal, SMVDCoN.
